It would be half this price without DeWalt written on it. Looks to be about $27 less than Amazon's current price.

not pure sine wave. "delivers 500 watts ..." ? - Not a deal. Not even close really. I'm out - way way out.

Why does DeWalt even make an inverter that isn't pure sine wave!? If I were to buy this I'd want to run you know DeWalt tools off of it, and running electric motors on square wave is a bad idea!
