Honestly depends on what you expect from the items. I didn't buy this kit; I purchased the items separately; that being said. I have used the fans on a stroller in Walt Disney World, and it kept my toddler comfy throughout; I did have extra batteries on hand, and the light I have used in the attic. The inflater has sat unused and opened. YMMV...It is interesting that these batteries can be used as emergency phone power banks. They won't rapidly charge but will charge your phone.

keep it in the trunk right next to the tire inflator which you also need because 4v will get you nowhere with a car tire.
