The reloadable has been a huge PITA they make it difficult just to add cash. Can't believe companies roll out such crap products this day in age. Considering the difficulty I question if even the credit will come through. The terms aren't very clear and I bet many will be upset.

My wife and I applied/got approved for the Target Reloadable card on 3/24/25. Loaded $60 from debit card into each card using Paypal XOOM which took $2 for fee. Spent about $57 each on Target.com on 3/29 (got $15 Target GC back for spending $50+ on household items). Each card was reloaded today 4/19 with a $50 bonus from Target.

Has anyone been able to confirm if 3rd party giftcard purchases work for the $50 spend requirement?

I am at 39 days from my purchase date and still waiting on my $50 bonus for the reloadable card.

Can someone explain what "registration" means exactly. I think I missed the 45 day cutoff

I received clarification that I had to have used the physical card to make the transaction at Target and not the virtual card number. I was also informed that 45 days have already passed, so I am no longer eligible for the remotion.

I bought $55 worth of xbox digital gift cards (2 x $15 and 1 x $25). It gave me the 5% redcard discount and it is not listed in the ineligible item list. For testing, I tried to buy a Target Giftcard (on the ineligible list) to see if that gets 5% off, and it does not.
I am hoping it works since it gave me the 5% discount. I guess I won't know for a few weeks.

not true on debit. you dont have 60 days of return or extended warranty like their red credit card.

It worked for me. I bought close to $60 worth of xbox gift cards online on May 11. I received the $50 on June 1.

How to get 5% discount with the reloadable card? Do I need the target circle account or just using the reloadable card will give 5% off?
