It's not just hippies, and it's not just left or right. Lots of BS on the internet that people just swallow these days. The dose makes the poison, everything in moderation. I pan fried salmon the other day and considered airfrying it as a healthier option but then my rub would have blown all over the place and made a mess. Everything has tradeoffs. And yes, my rub had sugar in it because I happen to like flavor; I can still run a 5k despite the "damage to my metabolism."
I really don't care what nonsense people choose to believe, if they want to limit their diet or cooking to reflect that? More power to them. But I do hate how every deal on SlickDeals involving food has the health purists weigh in like they are doing us a favor.

Agree with most of what you said but I don't mind people chiming in if there harmful ingredients in stuff as long as they can back it up
This post I actually understand. I get this exact same one in Costco for my bagel store and it works great. The posts I don't understand are all the ones I see lately that save you .40 cents on something weird that no one will buy.
more like $7 savings per can. 12oz of this goes for $10 my area. nice try.

Read my comment more carefully and you will see how your reply does not make sense at all. I am talking about other posts I see. This item I use and like.
There was some junk science story going around the internet about seed oils being bad for you. It has been completely debunked, but the hippies still believe it anyway. Our country is hopeless lol.
It is definitely that. So many uneducated who don't even understand basic science but they'll listen to some shill influencer for life advice.
this is the only stuff that makes instant non-stick for my stainless steal pans. tried other brands, store brands are the worst. they trick you into thinking it's non-stick but it's not. they word it as a cooking spray, but never mention non-stick because they cant stand by that.
It's bc of the lethicin.
But two cans why we gotta hoard ppl really use that much? Barely takes a light mist unless they are spraying on bread like margarine.

Look at obese people. Many times their body's can't bread down/fully process the food they eat because their metabolism has been so wrecked by processed food.

Im on the fence regarding seed oils. I have noticed more inflammation when i was consuming foods higher in it and nuts in general.
i really like this sites take on it, non bias and presents all sides of the argument.

That said i just have it in moderation, id use this seed oil based spray all the time. Just no protein bars or what not with the seed oils.
