To forestall the inevitable question, no you can't use these capsules on any Nespresso or Keurig machines, only a Lavazza Blue machine (under $100 on Amazon and Target now). I had one years ago, and it's actually better than Nespresso in the sense that the pods hold much more coffee, so the shots are very potent. The drawback is you're limited to a few flavors and they usually sell them in packs of 100. Amazon has variety packs for around 60 cents per capsule, and I once bought a variety pack on ebay with a variety of capsules thrown in a box together. You also don't have to deal with Nespresso heavily pushing it's proprietary pods by getting a Vertuo machine--original machines are hard to find now. I'd rather have the rich variety of Lavazza flavors by getting a variety of K-cups and ground coffee, both US-based flavors and 9-oz bricks and cans from Italy. They also sell 2-lb bags of beans for either coffee or espresso machines for families who drink a lot of coffee.

I have these pods and even own a back up Blue coffee maker. These are excellent quality pods and coffee. This price is as low as you can get.

I try to only get x2
Last x2 gold I bought was 31.11 per 100 delivered from italysbest direct

I've purchased x2 100 for $21 but that's been a few years now

I've had a few Nespresso machines and Vertuo and they all produce lukewarm coffee because of the heat block technology does the lavazza machine make actual hot coffee?

Depends on your definition of hot. My Lavazza machine produces hot enough drinks in my taste.

I remember the good old days when 2.2 lb Lavazza beans are ~$8. That translates to roughly 25 cents per cup of coffee. Now the 2.2 lb bags are roughly twice more expensive...
