HD is 1.5cuft bags, this is 2cuft. So slightly better deal but good to know about that sale too. Thanks
If you put down 2" thick a 2cu ft bag would cover 12 ft.². (4x3' or 6x2' etc). If you go a little thicker 3 inches it would cover 8 ft.². (4'x2' area)
Best colored mulch on the market IMO. Holds it's color longer than others and no large sticks.

It's basically $5 a bag unless you buy four of them, then you get them at half price.

Ordered 50 bags and paid $70 for same day shipping. My back can no longer handle loading up and moving the bags from store to home and then around the yard. Plus cuts down on mess in my car.

Yesterday I ordered 120 bags and paid $70 for shipping.
Apparently they use the equivalent of door dash for deliveries called "roadie". Today I got a text saying that "Samantha" was delivering in her "white compact car"! This poor lady shows up and had to make many trips back and forth in her compact car schlepping, loading and unloading bags of mulch. It's like 15 miles round trip.

I'll bet she didn't even get the full $70 from Roadie. I tipped her $20 for the effort.

Is the quality of these bagged mulches really much different than any other 2-cu ft that goes on sale later for the 5 for $10? Been reading a lot of the similar complaints of potential for mold/trash in the bags, seems like it all comes from the same place and just put into different labeled bags at this point lol

0 to 5 feet
Zone Zero, also known as the Ember-resistant zone, extends 0 to 5 feet from your house. It includes plants, decks, outdoor furniture, and the outside walls and coverings of your house. The purpose of this zone is to reduce the potential for embers to land near a building and ignite fuels. Do not put these mulches with that 5 foot limit.

Colorstay is definitely the best I have used. It's more consistent. Others are hit and miss. I left 40 bags covered with a tarp in my backyard for a year and it was still in great shape. For the most part it was indistinguishable from the bags I bought to finish the job.
