When I needed support for my Roborock, they were awful. Took a week to get past level 1 support which does nothing but read the manual to you. Level 2 finally did identify the faulty part, but they wouldn't send a replacement, I had to disassemble and box up and return the entire unit. Massive pain and will never buy Roborock again.

My tip is to go to their website on different browsers/devices until you see the pop-up. I, however, ordered it from Amazon for a convenient return in case something went wrong in the first 30 days.
