Maybe you could go to their site and figure it out yourself. The dimensions are here, and their requirements are there. I would not trust anyone's answer without verifying it anyway, if I were you. They will charge you a lot if you don't comply, to make you check it.

Crush your (Spirit) air might definitely notice the extra inch if your using one it but if they are like the others when personal items can volumetrically in the testers at the gate your good. If they even check. If not put on the extra outfits and fill the pockets with whatever you need from the bag. 🛫

NO matter WHAT you do they are going to find a way to charge you -- bring a bag $50 ... Don't Bring a bag - $50 ... and anyway ... the flight will be cancelled or delayed 12 hours so you might need a bigger bag for a pillow ...

These are measurements listed on photos. Measurements listed in product details says 19x10x8.5". Not sure what's correct.
