I don't see anything about the Inside Track Club deals starting for non-members on Mar 28. Maybe I'm just not seeing it, or OP has insider info. Be good to post a link so people can verify themselves.
Harbor Freight is alienating people like me who won't join Inside Track Club. I used to check their website all the time for coupons, and go tere quite frequently. Now, it's usually a waste of time.
Luckily, I managed to get the vast majority of what I need from HF before they started this nonsense. And, I've helped a few people clean out relatives homes and gotten quite a few tools that way as well.
