I've returned this stand previously. There are several brands that offer this same style and all are cheaply made imo. Problem is there is pivot point at the bottom of the vertical tube on each side so there is very little to support the weight of the guitars when you lean them on the yoke. $99 full price is laughable, not worth $44 "on sale" either. I went with the Hercules brand years ago and it has been amazing.

If you want dirt cheap this stand is more stable than what the OP posted as it has connector on the two bottom pieces. And it's cheaper.

read the comments, one says the rubber on the stand damaged nitrocellulose finished at the the 4th fret of guitar, where it meets.
