90 Day warranty is pretty scary when it seems loads of people have been having problems with them

I personally love the controls on these and prefer them way more over the tap controls, which I would constantly accidentally engage. Once you figure out where they want you to press on these it's very simple and easy to use, and I never get false commands anymore.

Same, this is the first year in many that I didn't upgrade my Ultra annually since like the Note 2 since there wasn't any major difference, and I guess a downgrade with the S-pen which I use daily. I did buy these buds when they came out and do like them a lot, I wish they would fill the gap by making an over the ear loop version so they can be used for running too.

I feel like they are simple too, I have never made a mistake with them. They are the first buds I have not disabled the touch control on. The additional voice control is a plus and works very well for me too.

How do these compare comfort wise to xm5s? I've found lots of ANC, call microphone, battery, connectivity, and sound profile information, but little about which is more comfortable to wear.

Look on YouTube. There are many comparison reviews.

Buds 2 or 3 doesn't stay in my ear. tried all sizes of silicon caps. Rarely pass the fit test. When it comes to fit, I have yet to find buds like the Jaabra 65t or 65t active, which I have been using for last 5+ years, even though I have Buds2 pro and Buds3 pro

Just get memory foam tips for buds 2 or 3 pro and they fit like a dream

Yes I mistook the non pro version which is 24% for the pro version which has 11% one star reviews.

No...these products are cheap to make and just tells you the mark-ups are incredible. Thanks to apple and other 'lux' brands, y'all think $100 is a great deal for earbuds.. we've just been trained to think that $250 or 300 or even $400 is the 'normal' price
