I'm 5'6" and it's a little awkward sitting back in this, kind of laying. Pics don't really show but it's basically a big piece of fabric velcro attached and stretches over two plastic frame pieces. Better than an office chair when playing meta quest cause no chair arms and can kind of lean back with headset on.

I do think it's odd the only usage picture they show is of someone sitting like you would on a coffee table or log.
edit: that's just the pic ported over to slick deals. pics on the site are more convincing
