This is also 5 years warranty from Amazon..
What I don't love about this model (maybe other models suffer from the same problem) is that the lid is sometimes hard to put on correctly. There isn't always a noticeable "click" when i put it on and it's hard to know if it's really closed (and the machine will absolutely turn on and make a mess even if it's not properly closed - ask me how I know!), and that I feel like I have to hold the container while it's running because it's shaking and there's technically nothing holding it in place, it just sits on the base.
That being said, I still would never go back to my old blender.
Also, Vitamix says 5 year warranty, but if you have an issue in 20 years they're known to just "fix it anyway."
