I'm sure there are things they gotta add to make these sauces more shelf stable than the restaurants but this as well as pretty much all the other store bought TB sauces just taste like very slightly variated ranch sauces, which is a bummer because I'm such a fiend for Taco Bell's creamy chipotle that I'll pay extra for a few cups of it.

It's by no means super close, but the Herdez "Salsa Cremosa" tastes much more to the spirit of the restaurant sauce. But best bottled chipotle sauce I've had so far is Zaaschila's creamy chipotle if you want to spend a few extra bucks.
Got a credible source for avoiding seed oils? Social media slop doesn't count.

Here's one from the American Heart Association disproving the claims, to get you started:

Referencing the AHA of all sources is problematic to say the least.

The 1961 AHA advice to limit saturated fat is arguably the single-most influential nutrition policy ever published, as it came to be adopted first by the U.S. government, as official policy for all Americans, in 1980, and then by governments around the world as well as the World Health Organization. It is worth noting that the AHA had a significant conflict of interest, since in 1948, it had received $1.7 million, or about $20 million in today's dollars, from Procter & Gamble (P&G), the makers of Crisco oil [2].

That isn't a study, nor does that article quote a doctor.
The AHA page you referenced is also is not in any way a scientific study...

I didn't claim my link was a study, though the AHA did interview a professor of medicine. Thanks for pointing out the conflict of interest though, that was news to me.

That said, I stand by calling the seed oil fear mongering unjustified. Especially when it contributes nothing to a Slickdeals post.

if you like the chipotle sauce from taco bell, you don't want this. it does not taste or even look like it. THIS [flavortownsauces.com] is what you want. Similar taste to taco bell restaurants and much better than whats on sale here. It's available in Walmart & Kroger owned supermarkets
That's 10 bux, this is barely 2
