It's not Samsung employees, but rather a discount for partners or perks programs like Abenity and Perks at Works. Check your company's intranet for discount programs or perks programs. If you have one of the aforementioned providers or similar, you may be eligible. To check for eligibility, you'd have to log in to the perks provider, and press their link to Samsung. Make sure not to block cookies, or it will ignore your perks provider. Some perks programs will let you connect accounts instead of using cookies. But from my experience with Abenity and Perks at Works, you usually have to come from their website first and allow their cookies.

Keep in mind that some categories might get less discount than others
It's also for students (.edu email addy) and first responders, so it's pretty easy to find a way to join the EPP program
I contacted support via chat on the Shop app, and they created a special link for me to check out. The two agents I contacted on Samsung.com refused to apply any additional discounts.
