Think your supposed to mow weekly or biweekly.
You should mow/mulch weekly at max height of mower to keep lawn healthy less weed. Trust me, I'm not a lawn guy, just want to keep it in good condition with HOA.

The one my in-laws got (separately from the mower) didn't match the product image and came in a brown box.
The one I got was boxed in proper packaging and the serial number on the box matched the serial number on the battery.
However, I wouldn't put it past people these days to take apart the battery and replace the internals with used internals..

mine matches the pic from amazon, box label also saying gen II , but there's no serial# on the box.. product no: 2983802
