I tried this shampoo before years ago, I finished the whole bottle within a few months and didn't do shit.

Thinning hair/balding. Your only solution is Finasteride pills & Minoxidil Topical. I tried both for a few months and I did notice a slight change with my hair thickness but I also started to get the side effects so I stopped.

Others say they didn't get side effects and kept going for 18 months and they did show difference between before and after photos. It's all on r/treeless for who is interested for more info.

For Finasteride, you do need a prescription from a dermatologist (it costed me $75 without insurance because I knew my PPO insurance won't pay anything and it would actually cost me more if I gave my insurance info, such a messed up system)

Finasteride 1mg pills from Mariano's Pharmacy were for ~$20 90 day supply and with goodrx discount (I believe the discount info is available for free without paying for GoodRX Gold subscription). **Not a medical advice** Good luck!

I started using this around seven years ago (though the formulation has changed slightly over time). It has significantly reduced my hair fall. However, it does not promote regrowth; it only helps in minimizing hair loss

Now im just too afraid to try a different product

I used this for 6 months, "as suggested for noticeable growth". There was no change other than spending $60.

Good quality, no dangerous chemicals like a lot of cheaper shampoo and conditioners.

Great set! Great ingredients! Doesn't really help you grow hair a lot but it does a little bit, there's no hair fallout either and helped with my dry scalp. Whether it grows hair or not, the ingredients they use in these bottles will definitely give you more healthier hair. You could find these at TJ maxx or Marshall's although for $10 a bottle. It's how I've been affording them 😎

Is that 16oz? Do you use both shampoo and conditioner?

Same here! I went through 3 sets over six month (2 table spoons of each on empty stomach) and still, my hair thinned faster than my wallet! :-)

Check out Cost Plus Drugs. I had my finasteride Rx sent there because CVS charges me $9 for 30 days and that's WITH insurance.

this is a sham product. even on the bottle itself it states that its claims are based on testing 2 (two) people. was very surprised to see this nonsense carried and sold by costco.

It's really something how they(they being skin care and product producers) kind of rotate through the focused ingredient, whether it be collagen biotin, vitamin e, ceramides in lotions, they just pick some buzzword and try to focus on they got this inside, until it's forgotten and they just move on to forget about it

if you look at a lotion from 5 years ago, I promise you it's got some other prominently displayed ingredient than whatever you see on the Shelf today, unless they just rotate back through them

My wife buys all this garbage. When there's a new mascara commercial on TV I always yell out loud "there's been a breakthrough in black eye paint technology". She's a reasonably smart person. I think. Maybe? She's still buying it every time.

This one should be sulfate free so it might work well if you wash a few times a week. Currently, I prefer Nioxin because I just had a baby and only wash my hair like twice a month now.

For reference, I'm a 38 year old guy with waist-length hair

I feel like we could dox you if we tried hard enough. There has to be a pretty minimal population of 38 year old dudes with waist length hair that also just gave birth and who also go 2+ weeks without washing their hair.
