Sounds like that one Wolves show with that one ginger-woman killer robot. 1st season was badass and then 2nd was crap lol.

It became clear the showrunners were told to wrap it up starting with the 4th season, as tone story shifted in an unnatural way. The final season was so dumbed down, I watched it only for a conclusion so I didn't feel like I wasted my time with the first 4 seasons.
If you like sci-fi, this is acceptable for $25. Otherwise, skip it.
