They probably aren't, but unless you've been prescribed an antibacterial soap, that would be a pretty stupid thing to seek out. Washing antibiotics down the drain is a great way to push us a little closer to antibacterial resistance where you and your loved ones die from simple infections.

Also, the way soap is supposed to work is the bacteria are removed and washed away. Actually killing the bacteria across your entire body would be major overkill. That's why it's usually reserved for hand soap or sanitizer, sterilizing just the things that touch your face or food.

Even surgeons only go up to the elbow

I got Sandalwood of this from Sam's Club, on my first shower the strong of the cinnamon was so small that I couldn't stand. It did not smell like Sandalwood at all it was like all cinnamon

I tried this line of body wash, the Eucalyptus + Cedar Oil one to be specific, and at first I really liked the smell, but by my 3rd shower I was getting sick of the strong cologne-like musky smell. It was very overpowering to my senses. I will try the blood orange one this time as it doesn't seem like that one would be a musky fragrance.

As somebody that typically buys stuff on sale I've never had amazon "re-send" me an item. They've always give me a refund and I have to reorder (typically the sale price is over by then). I have convinced sellers to send me the item though when buying through 3rd party.

I bought the bar soap version of this product when it first came out, in the Sandalwood + Cardamom Oil scent (it was $4.99 individually packed soap). I usually prefer mild scents, but this one was so faint that it completely disappeared within a few minutes of using it. It didn't linger on my skin at all.
This deal is for body wash, so maybe that version performs better—but as far as the bar soap goes, I wouldn't recommend it. If you're looking for a soap with a lasting, pleasant scent, this just isn't it.
