I tried this and others. It's just bleach in gel form. It works but it's Cheaper to buy bleach and spray bottle
If it's just bleach gel, just get…bleach gel. The nice thing about gel vs spray etc is that it's helpful for exactly the use case this product goes for - that very controllable delivery to a specific area.

Thank you to this thread for making me aware that such a thing existed! I was able to get the linked one (seems very highly rated) for like $1.70 shipped after coupon. Unless I'm missing something it should be the same product basically.

Agreed with the above comment. This is just bleach. Buy outdoor bleach and dilute in a spray bottle. Much cheaper and just as effective.

I bought a similar item for much less from Amazon. The comments above are correct, it is just bleach in gel form. But that gel is what makes the difference, when you have mold stains in the nooks and corners the regular bleach just runs away when sprayed. This will stay put and work overnight to clean the stain, it works great, but it is not worth 10$.

The upvotes have actually gone UP since the comment pointing out an identical $2 alternative...

Pool essentials from walmart is normally 10 percent sodium hypochlorite (aka bleach) and is usually pretty fresh. It is also the cheapest and strongest "bleach" that you are going to buy at a big box store. I'd cut it pretty good (dliution ratio). If you are wanting it to be "gel like" put a little surfactant (soap - bleach stable like arm and hammer) in with your water and bleach, it will help it cling to the surface. Really bad spots may need multiple applications. Apply, allow to dwell, rinse - with dwell time being pretty darn important.

Going back to my ivory tower now.

Will the bleach gel damage bath adhesive caulk where the mold has built up in my shower room?

If you don't have mold, I used Barkeeper's Friend on floor grout with excellent results.

Thanks. Do you just spray it on and leave it or have to scrub? It's just dirt from foot traffic.

I don't know anybody that sells gel form bleach though.

I bought this and it works. I have some shower stains that will not go away and i left this gel thing on overnight and it was gone the next day.

This is their regular price though. There is no discount here.
