It's the delivery option that you have to tip for. Basically those orders require someone to go shopping for you at your local Walmart and bring it to your house (sort of like a Uber / Door Dash).
Interesting thing is some shipping orders end up still being brought to your house via a delivery person in a car anyway, but you don't have to tip for those. They are considered regular shipping.
I will not ever take advantage of this deal again.

Exactly correct, they drop off at door and leave right away . I've never had anyone wait around looking for a tip.
The main thing is whether the hassle of Costco gas station is worth it?

I think you need to link your Burger King app to Walmart plus. I saw two free offerings once I did. Already had an existing Burger King login with the app
Paramount and Mobil are good offers, it's too bad they're not for you but they're great for others
