I got two adult tickets waived but have to pay $12 in fees since I am not a fandango member. $12 for to tickets is good for me on the east coast but still not happy that fees cost so much. I still saved $22 per ticket.

Keep the tickets. Go to the theater early and pick then up then ask customer service for a refund. Some theaters are nice enough to do this.
