I know that a lot of people swear up and down that this game is amazing, but I thought it was very mediocre. It had some coolness to it, but I found it to devolve into nothing more than a boring wave shooter. The upgrades added very little to the gameplay. It felt janky, overall. It had a lot of framerate drops. I wish I hadn't bought it. I feel like you need to be a fan of the movies — which I'm not — to really enjoy it.

Had fun with this one! Made me want to watch the original again. I suggest rewatch the original then play this. You will notice how they stayed true to the IP and showed some love for it. Has NG+ so had to play it again with all the upgrades! Good times

That's not what I meant. I meant the upgrades didn't do much to make the gameplay more fun. They just made things a little easier, not cooler. It still felt like a boring wave shooter.

I had to stop playing it 10 minutes into it because it just felt… bad. The aiming, movement. Just wasn't good.
