depending on your speakers are set on your TV, this might not work. I have a TV which gets thicker at the bottom.

not saying it's a 'supported' idea...but if you're willing to live on the edge a bit.. you could install this while it's still on the mount. From the pics this only mounts to 1 screw mount (of 4) so you would always have 3 screwed in while you took 1 bolt out to slide this in and re-screw it back in.
