Doesn't look like it is self-propelled. Although, not sure if that's needed for a third of an acre - seems like it would be nice to have.

Is this good enough? I'm looking for my first set of tools as a first time home owner for light yard work (5000 sq ft yard with 4 mature oak trees and grass)?

I think so but I posted this to get input. They say it's good for a 1/3 acre and mine is much smaller so I'll prob pull the trigger. People ding this for the 40v but if your didn't need more then why bother? The price is the cheapest I could find for a set like this.

Probably, but 16" will be noticeably narrow.

I will say that I've been very happy with nearly this exact set of tools on about 1/6th acre, except I've got the 2017 versions and a 21" mower. I'm a Greenworks fan though.

If this was the 21 inch I would jump on it in a heartbeat.

16 inches? Does this double as a manscape?

The 16" means plenty of extra passes vs a 21", but it should get the job done.

Not sure how well this will deal with tall/wet grass. But if your oaks are anything like mine, there probably isn't a thick/lush lawn under them anyways.
