All of those are supported. I had a consolidated 1099 which contained all three in a single PDF, and it imported everything correctly. For 1099-B, it imported totals rather than individual transactions, but I think that's good enough.
Wow, that's great! I hadn't seen this online anywhere else. For many, this is one of the big downsides of FTUSA.

I don't think that is correct. You can see the complete list of forms that they support here:
https://www.freetaxusa.com/forms

If you scroll to the bottom, there is a list of "Items not supported", and it looks like a pretty small list that would not apply to most people. For my state, they actually provide a form that is missing from H&R Block.

As a long time H&R Block user, and someone who cares about privacy, I'm a little reluctant to switch to any online service. FTUSA does seem like a decent alternative though. The website looks clean and user friendly. Pricing and privacy policy are reasonable. Accounts support secure 2FA.

After taking a closer look, I'm probably gonna try FTUSA. As an added bonus, it would also be nice to no longer support the scummy lobbying practices of Intuit and H&R Block.
I tested it last year and I remember that there were a couple forms I needed that they didn't have but maybe they have them now. My biggest issue though is that it doesn't allow you to import brokerage forms which is a huge disadvantage. I used to spend so much time calculating all my capital gains from stock sales and importing them from the brokerage is so easy and you know it's calculated correctly. If FTUSA does allow import for brokerage forms in the future I may give them a shot but until then I'm sticking with HR Block. However, if you don't have a lot of complex stock sales I can see how FTUSA might be appealing.

I also waited till the last minute deal for H&R but it never came and I tried FTUSA last night on recommendation of many of you here. It went smoothly and uploading 2023 H&R pdf file went well. I think I just had to enter in dob. Overall, I'm satisfied with the product.

Although you have bought the software, H&R will still charge you $19.99 to file a federal extension, while FreeTaxUSA offers this service for free.

I still have a few codes available for federal e-filing and state software downloads. Message me if you're interested in trading the code.

Awesome...

Hopefully with as many going to FreeTaxUSA this year...H&R Block and NewEgg will be a little more competitive with their pricing and get it down in the sub $15 area...Otherwise, FreeTaxUSA is going to be getting a LOT more business next year!!!
