That's because technically, if you attempted to put it in the cart, it would show a price of 120 I believe for the sander ONLY but you HAVE to add the battery so it ends up being the 199 price. It appears you can return the battery in order to get the sander at $120.

I almost bought that instead of the RYOBI new sander. But the reviews claim a very loud wind noise with it. Plus, overall the batteries are cheaper with RYOBI. I ain't no pro so it works fine for me even though the color is ugly. Lol.

I bought this a few weeks ago to replace a Bauer ac sander that could double as a hand-number. It does have that high-pitch whine from the vacuum that reviewers noticed too, but it's hardly noticeable and you should be wearing ear protection anyway with these things. The insane dust collection plus the fact that I can't feel it vibrate AT ALL makes it far and away worth every cent. I sanded in a new kitchen and there was virtually zero dust afterward and my hand felt great. I haven't tried the Ryobi but this Milwaukee is really a joy to use.

IMO I don't think a cordless sander is worth it

That's because depends on situation. If you own a shop and mostly work at your shop you don't need a cordless. However, there are professional that prefer cordless sander even in their shop.

Great for maneuvering in a large room.
Recently did 30' x 16' Knotty pine

Cons: Its heavy for large projects vertical surfaces
Benefit: Weight makes it easy to work on horizontal surfaces.

Which is much better than $199 with a 5.0 battery. No one should pay more than $60 for a 5.0 and ideally no more than $50.
