Tesla has officially introduced the Cybertruck Long Range Rear-Wheel Drive (RWD) in the U.S. for $69,990 ($62,490 including Fed EV credit).

https://www.tesla.com/cybertruck

Specs:
•Range: 350 miles
•0-60 mph: 6.2s
• Towing capacity: 7,500 lbs (11k on AWD trim)
•No rear screen
•Cloth/textile seats
•No air suspension (coil springs)
•Standard bed lamps and Standard tail lamps (vs premium on higher trims)
•No bed outlets
•Standard bed upgradeable with soft tonneau
•7 speaker audio system (vs 15 on higher trims)
•No ventilated seats
•18" wheels with different wheel cover design
•Weight: 6,117 lbs (vs 6,634 for AWD)
•Ground clearance: 9.5" (vs 16" for AWD)
•Top speed: 111 MPH

More efficient. More affordable. Long Range Cybertruck brings all-wheel stability and traction control plus a rear locking differential with up to 362 miles of estimated range. Put it to work with 7500lb tow rating, 2000lb payload wrapped in a tough stainless exterior

6'x4' bed is all business, ready to tackle whatever you throw at it. No bed liner needed and the soft tonneau accessory can cover your gear and increase efficiency taking the 350 miles range up to 362. Increased efficiency also means faster charging (miles recovered per minute)

There is also a fuel savings calculator you can use on the website. Efficiency is king and increases the gap on gas powered trucks even further

Textile seats are comfortable, easy to clean and highly durable plus they look sharp.

Powershare capability remains and with the Mobile Charger outlet adapter you can still create your own 120VAC grid

Options:
•Cyber Wheels & Covers: $3,500
•White Interior color: $2,000. Tactical Gray comes standard
•FSD: $7,000 for early reservation holders ($8k for non-reservation holders)

This thing is build like trash....and I'm not talking about the body panels that fly off. Specific part of the suspension that guarantee performance are held on with electrical tape. We benchmarked the CT at work...

What body panels are flying off?

This. Go -test drive- it.
What's with the weird steering on them? You can't turn the wheel (er...rectangle?) all the way around. That 'drive by wire' steering they have has a bit of a learning curve.

They used the wrong adhesive on the trim around the windows and it's been reported to bend or fly off, prompting another recall (I think this is the 8th one since release).

It's funny they mention parking in Costso- the guy in my office building that has one says that's where he has his biggest issue...parking at Costco. I guess you have to really practice steering them at low speeds because it doesn't steer like you're accustomed to.

Meaning, it steers better than any other truck.

It could steer like Jesus, but it's a huge flop, and you are shilling for a decontented car at MSRP in a deal forum.

Pros: steers ok.

Cons: Sieg Heil guy as dear leader, Stainless steel glued on for decoration, poor design, poor build quality, premium price to be a laughing stock on wheels (lol, cloth seats, a wiper than doesn't work, and I bet 50 bucks when they test the range on this, it's going to be much less than listed). Remember how they lied and said 500 mi range and an stainless steel exoskeleton.

They recalled 46000 cars because they don't know what glue to use on their decorative panels and it was flying apart on the freeway. They made a big model Y and glued on panels. It's built like a Honda Ridgeline, not what Americans call a full size truck.

Does it have built-in sewage cleaning and lawn-mowing capabilities?

You want to talk about recalls? Make sure you put that into perspective. When you actually look at the data, you'll realize this recall you are -preaching- about is nothing compared to other automakers.

I could go on, but I'm not going to waste my time. Saying "Sieg Heil" told me all I need to know.

If you buy one of these, do this to it so you won't get graffiti on it.

What I want to talk about is why you posted a loser of a car priced at MSRP???

This is a deal forum, not a shill for list price Tesla forum.

Based on resale value alone, everyone who bought this got conned. Paying MSRP to get marked as a Musker is not a hot deal.

Other automaker? This was recalled 8 times, twice for same exterior panels, and fix is actually atrocious, they attached a nut to the exterior panel which is look awful.
They are over 5k in inventory sitting at Tesla lots, some from last year.
Not to mention Tesla is the only automaker that recalled all the vehicles sold in the US.
