Thanks, I was thinking of buying off of Amazon. This is even cheaper. Do I really need it? I have a Delta 2 that i dont use much. My use case would be for the rare power outage and once in a while camping. Dam, you sd, 😆

This should be the price of the D2Max main unit

EF really needs to come back down to earth. With the many choices there are today and the ever decreasing costs of battery technology these should be going for $300 tops. Why in the world would I buy one of these for $700 when I can get units with greater capacity and more features for the same price? EF was great to be one of the early products to market but at this point I really think they're daydreaming with these prices.

Can you provide an example of some of these alternatives that are supposedly much cheaper?

You can get one for a similar price when Costco puts them on sale. The main unit, plus battery, and an alternator for $1500

Please Google: 2 048wh generator
I'm not saying these are cheap, but you may compare them with a DIY solution instead of one unit. What's different, you may ask? lol

I was thinking the same thing! I don't really need, but it's such a good price lol
