I have a pair of these and couldn't be happier. They are durable, comfortable and warm, yet breathable. Great for cool damp days.

Have bought a few of their shoes and all have failed after a couple months. Never buying shoes from them again.

I like to hike, but I haven't been doing much of it. Is it worth snagging these or wait around for a better deal/better shoe for hiking?

With the instability of the trade war you'd be better off getting them now rather than gambling on a lower price into the future.

I think people are mistaking the sportswear company Columbia with the NYC Columbia University? A quick google shows the university in some controversy, nothing about this Columbia. Interestingly, (for what its worth) I found a reddit thread from only a month ago where someone claimed their husband was an employee of the company and they heard they aren't going away with any DEI initiaves or departments etc, so it's seems to be quite the opposite?

I got a pair 2 years ago from a SD deal. I paid $27. It has been my favorite pair of shoes, super comfy and durable. At this point my sole has worn out and it's time to upgrade.
