BB open box is the only thing I won't touch. 30% like new. 30% small issues and 30% severe issues under cover. Bought over 50 in the last couple of years and stopped. Too much work related. System clean install, bios update, cooling system repatch. Too much work only ends up with a defective product that I have to return.
Why were you buying so many? Reselling? No hate if you were, just wondering.

Except that Lenovo will reset the warranty and it's all covered.

Battery life is quite good, only a handful of Intel chips can compete there (lunar lake chips in particular), and performance is solid, however software compatibility is not perfect especially with games. But if you're sticking to common apps like Email, web browsing, etc, you will never see any downsides with these machines and will probably enjoy the battery life.

Lagging! Even open source stuff like Blender and GIMP, are more prone to crashing on the ARM chips. On top of that, the Qualcomm chips cannot compete with the M4 or AI HX 300 series over all.
I tried 2 different models of the ARM based machines and both times they went back to the store.
They were quiet, fairly fast, cool, and generally had very good build quality, but the software needs to improve dramatically.

It is obvious that creators are not the target market for Snapdragon X.

It's not even that... They preached that over 3000 games would run on it (they didn't mention that solitaire and mine sweeper were the quality of most games.

Then they sell tablet models of these devices where they're clearly trying to get digital artists onboard, but they end up crashing doing basic things and it just isn't a good experience.

If you're only getting it for office work and browsing, then why do they even have an elite edition as it is?

The truth is, they weren't expecting the AMD AI 300 series to be as competitive as it is, and it is clearly making ARM on Windows mostly irrelevant.

This guy gets more thumbs down than anyone I see here. It's always that he bought 20 or 30 or 50 of something and that "it's trash" and then months later, that same thing is good. Crazy.

LOL, thats crazy. Reminds me of that "FAL" guy who used to bomb all refurb threads. According to FAL he was buying 10+ refurbished machines per month (for years on end) for personal use yet claimed they were all junk...so why are you still buying them and WTF are you doing with them? Plus they were always 4-6 gens behind off lease B ranked refurbs. The entire narrative never made a lick of sense. Who needs that many Gen 8 i5's Dell's

BTW, I think Dr.Wajahat may have replied something similar but when I went to comment back, the message was gone.
