I switched to Aldi diet soda, $3 a 12 pack every day.
In the DG app they have a regular 5 off 25 coupon on Saturdays and every now and then there are manufacturer coupons that stack with weekly 12 pack sales 3 for 12 or 3 for 15.
Also, I had some Pepsi 'bonus' 12+3 packs that rang up as 12 and were sale eligible... YMMV but stacking all coupons and buying 6 12-packs can get the per can price down to around 25-35 cents.

$7.99 x3 x0.4 = $14.38 or $4.80 per 12 pack
I was about to pay $6 at a Kroger since I was out and that seems to be the best deal, right now. Walmart, in my area, had Pepsi and Dr Pepper products $5.50 and Coke products at $6.50 regular price the last couple of months, so prices were coming down. It's been hard to find a sale cheaper than that (although I did get them about $5 a 12 pack at a Kroger sale a little over a week ago). The sales have been few and far between, so I've just been going to Walmart. But Walmart's prices shot up quickly over the past week (I wonder why 🙄). I just don't see any good deals coming soon. We were finally getting better prices on a lot of things, and now prices are going to soar. I'll have to check on this Target deal and hope they don't shoot up their regular prices in time for this 40% off. And I'm wondering if there is a limit.
