No recall. Pending class action going on about the amount of PFAS the wipes allegedly contain.

Taken from class action site: "The global retailer argues the class action lawsuit also fails to name any PFAS identified by the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency as specifically of concern."

We still use these wipes for our children, friend who has a science background said likely not something to worry about, especially with no judgement against Costco

edit: not trying to have a "trust me, bro" moment, lol. Anecdotal situation and information, that's all. YMMV for decisions
The more accurate statement about your science friend is that the levels aren't high enough to worry about anything. PFAS are everywhere, is almost impossible to avoid it. The CDC did a study that over 95% of people have PFAS in their blood.

Do you use cars or public transportation? PFAS for you. Do you work in an office and are by a computer? PFAS for you. Do you eat fruits and veggies? Even organic has chemicals in it since the produce is processed in the same facilities as non-organic; I used to work for a big fruit producer whose name rhymes with Pole Inc.

It also gets passed onto a fetus during pregnancy.

Should you be alarmed? Sure. But you are far more likely to die in a car accident than PFAS exposure.

Just accept it as a fact of modern day life. You don't feed 8 billion people via organic means...

These wipes are useless unless you are traveling. Water is the best solution.
