There are brands which have "stores" on Amazon, but this isn't one of them. It's a reseller in Michigan that specifically disclaims that it's an authorized reseller. Makes you wonder.

Correct. I got three tool warranty by the date of manufactured without a receipt. I bought various Milwaukee from Amazon used and flea market.

Check the date if you don't like it just simply return.
