Too many cheapo travel backpacks and bags on Amazon that rip at the seams every time you use them. Samsonite products simply hold up and I'm going back to tried and true name brands.

It's very noisy... the zipper pulls all jingle and the material is a stiff plastic-y thing that makes crinkling noises. It is a theoretically good bag that I'm always reluctant to use.
In terms of MSRP this Novex is only $10 more ($99 vs $89) but is discounted to $56 while the GSD was discounted to $36 (I see there's a $50 discount for the GSD in the forums), so maybe the price difference fixes the materials and jingle.
