I have the QC Ultras and say not worth upgrading, especially since they don't fold down as compactly and can chew threw battery much faster under certain conditions.

Think the next gen is coming soon too

What's the remaining battery life on refurbished items like these? Gonna assume they don't replace the batteries and still have the originals in there...???

Certified Reburbished are refurbished from Bose. The item is new. There are multiple reasons why somone returns the item. changed their mind after using 14-30days. (or) something was wrong (for that bose fix it , test it again).

Bose certified is basically brand new without the retail packaging. It's not the same as getting one from Secondipity, Woot, or any other 3rd party stores that sells used, customer returned items.

This is the link to the QC (non-ultra) for $158. Ordered one, thanks! From the reviews I think $80 less for these is a better deal
