Had that happen to me one time. When I tried the cards lil later, they were fine

I bought 2 orders a few months ago, total of 8 cards. Only 1 worked! They gave me the run around. Costco told me to contact Domino's. And Domino's told me to contact Costco. I never got them resolved so I'm just out that money. Sucks. Good deal when they actually do work and there's Domino's 50%off.
I have used them multiple times, probably 8-12 $25 cards over last several months, never had an issue. You just have to keep track of what is used and what is not.

I found that typing in the gift card numbers manually works instead of copying and pasting
