9700X and 9600X both got updated AMD firmware to boost TDP to 105 and evidently there was some Windows update microcode weirdness. There's a few videos of the 9700X pushing close to the 7800X3d. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HqxixyI12GE

The CPU Cooler is not included. Would be nice if it were but looks like a great CPU regardless.

I agree completely. I was fortunate enough to have a CPU cooler come with my GPU when doing my first build but wouldn't have thought about it until it was to late had I not.
