FYI, it's cheaper to use their specialty pizzas and then customize it the way you want over doing build your own. Also, if you want a meat pizza with 5 toppings, use the Pacific Veggie specialty pizza and remove all the veggie toppings and replace them with meat, it will come out a dollar cheaper than just selecting their MeatZZa and adding the 5th meat.
Just FYI - depending on where you live, this may be more expensive than their year-round $7.99 large 1 topping carry out deal. This deal allows for delivery and isn't limited to large 1 topping, but it's worth noting.
Looks like the coupon code is 9413 if you want to try applying it at checkout. Thanks for posting OP!

Did they get rid of XL pizzas? At least at my location, none of them come in 16" size even if you choose NY style crust.
Seems to auto default to Hand-tossed...which don't come in 16-inch sizes.

However, when I switch crusts to 16in, seems to be working for me!

Going off the other comment, go with the size of crust first before the type of crust. Then again, your location might not have that as an option as we cannot see what options your location may have.

I never eat anything other than pan pizza. All the other crusts are no different than frozen pizza from the freezer aisle. Also, I don't know why people put so many toppings on their pizza. Not only will it detract from the individual flavor of each and create poor balance, but you are wasting money since the franchises will actively put less ingredients of each the more you add. Pepperoni on a 1 topping pizza? Plenty. Pepperoni on a 6 topping pizza? Maybe one on every other slice. And for people complaining about dominos pricing really need a reality check. It's literally the cheapest food you can order right now. You can get two pizzas and stretch it out to 5+ meals for the price of one crappy burger combo with bitter blackened fries and rubbery meat at Wendy's/McDonald's/etc.

Used this promo last time and regretted it. We ordered 3 pizzas, one of them wasn't what we ordered. Someone recommended their pan pizza. I couldn't tell any difference between that and a regular pizza we ordered. Medium pizza was half crust. Chicken bacon pizza was terribly bland.

Not the worst pizza I've eaten but even Papa Jones is better by a mile and a good deal with their takeout specials + GC from Costco.

Send a complaint through feedback and get something for your trouble of reporting one of their franchises. It is the least they can do.
But you would have to know that Domino's is not exactly top tier pizza.

If you like pan style crust and want to try a good frozen pizza, try Motor City Pizza. You can get Double Pepperoni at Costco.

Unfortunately I think it comes down to which location you go to, which is ironic when the whole point of franchising in the first place was to replicate a similar experience. The Domino's by me is somewhat of an anomaly these days in that the service, food, and price are all great. The pan pizza is completely different from the regular, and in my opinion the only way to go.
On the flip side, I had Papa John's and it was terrible...hardly any cheese or sauce. I basically had to eat the whole pizza to even fill me up as there was just so little food there. So it probably comes down to location. Patronize the good ones with your almighty dollar and shun the ones that aren't.

Corporate could hear about it. I have had one get the word to a franchisee and that manager emailed me personally to give me a meal on them. Of course I never had taken the offer and who knows what they could have done to my meal or an easy way for the manager to then ban you from ever ordering there again; however,
okay...

Good point. Just frequent the good ones.
It probably would not help in a situation where if you wanted them to take discounts or offers, offered by corporate, because they would be protected under the participating locations clause. It probably would make their service better; however, going by what I had written above, you would not be able to witness it if they banned you.

It COULD BE a single slice; however, it does not happen with all pizzas. Back when Speedway/7-11 had their $3.14 deal; Speedway's pizza did not. Little Caesar's, Domino's, Pizza Hut, etc. seem to. Sometimes I end up shooting myself in the foot because I order it anyway because of the deals.

How are you not getting charged for the substitutions?
