There are non responders to creatine, but creatine is heavily researched. Most studies prove that creatine does have positive effects without almost any downsides. This stuff is very easy to manufacture you really don't need to buy any top of the line brand. there are some brands that adds fillers and make your stomach upset. Take 5 grams everyday and make sure to drink plenty of water.
