At the moment you can stack the 140W and the two 45W's as a "benefit item" - it works out to about the same price, but that frees up the coupon to order a second set of the 45W's.

Good deal if you need four 45W's as I do this week at work.

I have one of these in my Laptop bag w/ a USB-C. Has no issue keeping my work HP laptop charged in emergencies (like meetings that go 2+ hours past the 2 hours block).

Beats carrying around an actual brick/power cord.

I got the following to charge my S25U and they have been working well. Less power than these, but you don't need 45W to charge the S25 and the Ankers are cheaper also.

The 45w charger has gone lower than this price. About $17. If you don't need it. Just wait some. They run deals all the time.

I purchased this pair several weeks ago in a $23.99 Amazon bundle that also included a Baseus 10000mAh 45W power bank. They only get warm while charging my Pixel 9 at its max rate of 27W (3A x 9V). I'm very pleased with them so far.
