These are aimed at folks who don't have Amazon Prime and would otherwise need to meet the free shipping threshold for third-party Amazon charger deals, or pay for shipping on Woot for their charger deals. These are an alternative since they offer free shipping just for being logged into a (free) account, with no minimum purchase required.

It doesn't say how many watts it is rated for, but it's not designed for laptops. That's a confusing aspect of usb c. We try to label our cables so we know the rating of each. I like the ones that print it right on the head.

Rated for 60W and will charge a laptop drawing lower than 60W.
