In Android just manage/switch users and download T-life app on each
I hope they do not recycle the same tote. I still have the one previous and I am staring at it currently. Weirdly enough, it is carrying all the other T Mobile freebies I have acquired over the last one and a half year. Lol.

Log in on one tlife account, set up biometrics login on it. Log out. Log in on second account. Close app. Next time you open the app, if you use biometrics login it logs you into 1st account, if you hit cancel on the biometrics it logs you into your 2nd account
Mr.Shruggles, if you have a nice Tmobile store, sometimes you can just say you have 2 lines, and they might just give you two totes. If not show them your two sims and politely ask them how to show the counter and they might just give you the other tote anyway.
