Different kind of chiles. Most likely Anaheim or similar, totally different flavor, especially roasted. Doesn't add heat so much as flavor. Just notice the picture does more represent serranos, though, so who knows.

I would get a bunch except for the ingredients are not just roasted chiles, but adds "natural flavors," i.e. lab created crap. Roasted chiles don't need anything added.
