The River 3 plus is more portable for sure but only 286Wh and warranty on TEMU are almost not existing...
the River 3+ is not a good comparison to the River 2 Pro. The "River" series has 3 levels: +/Max/Pro with roughly 250/500/750 wh respectively. AND increasing levels of inverter and solar charging capability.

it's direct from ecoflow on temu so it is the same warranty

and it's easy/cheap to add more battery capacity to any ecoflow unit using the solar input xt60, it can be any cheap battery

but you can never improve the electronics inside the units and the river3plus is a much much better device than any of the river2 series

it's the only one with 10ms switchover which is needed for most computers

it can charge at 200watts instead of just 100watts on the river2 series

adding:

the $199 price on the river3plus is now also available via amazon (shipped by ecoflow)

Matches same price as last month. Not a bad deal for power outages as this should be able to power most fridges.

this is the reason why I'm likely more to go with this than the r3+. Doing the math, I *think* the r3+ should be able to power the fridge but I thought someone else mentioned the minimum for fridges are the pros.

Good if you are okay with only 1/3 of the battery capacity, which is out of the question for me.

River 2 series are not all limited to 100w input…the Max, as an example, takes 220w.

Depends on the fridge. General rule of thumb is 800 watt spikes for most fridges when the compressor kicks on. As long as the power supply can survive this spike modern fridges really dont use more than a couple hundred watts.

you might at their different pricing/sale change transit. Now new coupon "SAVEONPOWER" will land you at $229, $10 lower than EFSAVE15OFF

I pull the trigger after it drop another 10 bucks... This is the only one I can find that can be charge with USB C, anyone knows any other battery that has AC outlet can be charge via USB C?

Wow, that's cool, I didn't know the unit supported that. What's the use case for that? Some kind of solar output to USB-C or something?

It just provides another means of charging, versus having to use a wall wart.

I don't know about this one, but Anker's units also support the ability to use dual source charging. So you can hook up the wall wart and the USB-C and it'll charge twice as fast.
