Then they went and just made tier level achievements permanent.
So when one of the members was looking at your deal, they had a GMG account but didn't have any XP program tier. I think most people will qualify but there will be some people that will fall through the cracks if they have some older account with no xp program status or opt-in.
But I wouldn't expect most people to keep up with all that mess
Edit: Oh, there also used to be tiered discounts on games, where like bronze might be 15% off, silver 20% off, and gold 22% off for example, but I haven't seen that in a while.
