I love the Director's Cut, would have bought the 4K Blu-ray if it had been or included that cut. There was a scene where Salieri was making up lies about Amadeus in front of the emperor when the emperor was considering having his niece taught by Mozart. That went beyond Salieri's admission that he did not speak to the emperor about Marriage Di Figaro. If these are trivial, then the ending wasn't. It was unclear with the theatrical why Constanze had this much hatred towards Salieri that she wanted Salieri to be kicked out of her house. But the director's cut explained it. I do agree that most uncut scenes didn't add much to the movie. I don't feel the additional minutes broke the flow and pace of the movie.
