Since baggy pants seem to be coming back into fashion with the youth, todays slim pants are the boot cut of a few years ago. At least in many brands. Some are still like tights, and actually fit the "slim" ideal.
Also I have a couple pairs of these pants, and they are very well made and comfortable. Def thicker than a lightweight pair of pants, but not too much so to make them too warm in the spring and summer.

Came here to say this. These pants are shockingly comfortable and flexible.
For price reference, I ordered one pair in Nov 2023 on Amazon for $18 and another on Amazon in Oct 2024 for $16.
It might be but these are not true slim straight. These are more like a slim taper or athletic taper. Really good fit and reminds me of bonobos weekday warrior with a tad more room

They have been this price on and off and select colors. Last time I ordered it was black and grey only. Ordering backups for when my previous parties get too faded to use. Perfect business casual work pant.
