      "I can tell that you have been with Visible for more than 60 days now, and that means your phone be already unlocked. You may try to insert a different SIM card from another carrier. If you get an error message while using another SIM, I would appreciate if you could share me the screenshot of the error." Same story as last time...will let you know if I get any success.

      I think there's enough upset people between here and Reddit that we'd be aware if they were starting to get things unlocked...

      I don't know. Here's his comment from 5 days ago: "Today visible unlock my phone. Yesterday night I did extend one more month of service though to avoid inactive phone and any extra trouble. But the add esim still not working.       Still no luck in getting the phone unlocked...called multiple times, they don't seem to have a solution, only that it's a known issue. I don't understand how it is so complicated to get specific phones unlocked when escalating and then they can work on the automated remediation.

      Mine supposed to be unlocked yesterday but nothing yet. I did not remove the sim card at any time. Time to contact the FCC.
