I haven't had that problem but these things get rocks and pebbles stuck so easily. Sometimes annoying and can damage flooring
I'm wearing these exact shoes right now. Love em but the back heel loop does come apart eventually.
Purchased these in black & Grey at a Nike Outlet for $39.99 last weekend here in Phoenix. Might be worth checking out an outlet near you for a cheaper price!

You wearing shoes in door? I hate this issue too but we don't bring or wear shoes indoor...once for a while I just grab the flat screw driver at work and knock them all out...

The 2018 is a completely different shoe to that one.

Same experience. Outlet tends to be cheaper. Love this shoe!

Yup! $49.99 all day everyday in all colors at my outlet with the occasional sale. I got two pairs for $75 a few weeks ago.

I'm waiting for a Nike 20% or 25% code to drop, they haven't had a decent sale since late 2024.

It's true pebbles get stuck at the bottom of the shoes sometimes but these are BY FAR my favorite type of Nike shoe. Super comfortable.

Can confirm these are $50 at Nike Factory stores. If you download the Nike app and create an account, you will also receive a one time use 15% off discount.

I have these, and ended up giving them to my dad after a handful of wears because of all the rocks that get stuck in the midsole, and the midsole triangle holes absolutely get destroyed. In terms of sizing, these fit pretty tight, so I'd highly recommend going up half a size. (I'm a 9 in Evo SLs, Adios Pro 3/4, Nimbus 26, Invincible Run 3, Zoom Fly 5 & 6, Alphafly 3, Endorphin Speed 4 but 9.5 in Free RN 2018)

3/10, would not recommend unless potential buyers are strictly wearing these in an indoor setting (office, mall walking, treadmill running/walking)

Midsole foam is also lacking for any serious running. I've been able to pick up Pegasus 41's for ~$14 more at local Nike Outlet, and I'd much rather run in those for a sub $90 shoe, or spend a little more (and test your luck since availability is limited) to get these Nimbus 27's which are substantially better for running.
